Solutions
Different work. The same question.
Where is it, which version is it, and who may see it? Sotto answers those three for anyone who produces more media than they can remember.
Agencies
Every client in its own library. All of them in yours.
Today
You run brands for a dozen clients. Each has its own drive, its own naming habits and its own people asking for files. Your designers lose hours to searching and resending; the client thinks their assets live somewhere at your agency.
With Sotto
One organization over all clients
Each client gets its own vocabulary, storage, colour, people and destinations. Switch between them in a keystroke.
A portal on the client’s own domain
sotto.theirbrand.com, with their logo and colour. The library feels like theirs — because it is.
Self-service for the client’s team
Allowed email domains join automatically. Sales, distributors and their other agencies find files without writing to you.
Delivery into their drive
Publish approved deliverables straight into the client’s SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.
Sotto was built inside Disrupt Collective, a brand agency in Brno, to run its own client libraries. It is the agency’s daily tool before it is anyone else’s product.
Marketing teams
Brand assets the whole company can find without asking you.
Today
Product shots, campaign visuals, trade-fair kits, sales decks, videos. Sales asks for the current deck, a distributor in another country needs the high-res product photo, an external agency needs the logo pack — and all of it goes through the marketing team.
With Sotto
Search in the words your company uses
Rename the three dimensions to fit: Product, Campaign, Format. Your vocabulary, not ours.
Right content for the right people
Public, guest, member and editor levels per asset. Drafts never leak; approved material is there the moment it is published.
Corporate sign-in
Microsoft, Google or GitHub sign-in, or an email link. Your IT sees a verified publisher, not an unknown app.
Updates without the mailing list
People follow the assets and collections they care about and get one summary email when something changes.
Typical setup: one client per brand or business unit, the marketing team as editors, the rest of the company and partners as free members.
Content creators
Years of shoots, findable in seconds.
Today
Thousands of photos and clips across external drives and cloud folders. You remember the shot, not the file. Every client delivery means exporting, uploading and writing yet another link.
With Sotto
Convert the archive you have
Right-click a folder, review what Sotto proposes, confirm. Your folder structure becomes your first vocabulary.
Galleries as one asset
A whole shoot is one result with all its frames inside — not four hundred thumbnails in a row.
Video that plays in the browser
Posters and hover previews for every clip, streaming playback for clients, the master file as the download.
One link per delivery
Share a collection or a single asset. Viewers don’t need an account for public links, and never cost you a seat.
Free covers one library with 10 GB. Freelancer adds up to three client libraries with 50 GB each.
Artists
An archive that knows your work as well as you do.
Today
Series, studies, editions, documentation of exhibitions, press images in three resolutions. Galleries, curators and press each want something slightly different, and the folder called “portfolio 2023 FINAL” no longer tells the truth.
With Sotto
Your own vocabulary
Series, medium, year — or whatever three dimensions describe your practice.
Versions without confusion
Every version kept with its history; the current one is always the one people download.
Press and curator collections
Assemble a selection, set who may open it, send one link. Change the selection; the link stays.
Ratings from people you trust
Ask a curator or a collaborator to star a selection. Five stars, sortable.
Artists get a discount after a short portfolio review; students after a scan of their student card. Turning your library into a public portfolio page is planned.
Bring one messy folder.
