Sotto adds structure on top of the storage you already have. Nothing is locked in, and nothing moves without your confirmation.
About
Sotto started as the internal tool of Disrupt Collective, a brand agency in Brno. We needed one place where every client’s media lived under the client’s name, and nothing on the market did that without an enterprise contract.
The name
Look at the address of a client portal: sotto.theirbrand.com. It reads as “under the brand”, and that is the whole idea. The client’s name is on top; the structure that holds their work is underneath.
The bar over the first O in the logo is the line everything sits under. And sotto voce — in a low voice — is how we think software should behave.
Principles
01
Sotto adds structure on top of the storage you already have. Nothing is locked in, and nothing moves without your confirmation.
02
Every proposal — a conversion, a tag, a name — is shown for review first. The software suggests; people decide.
03
Filenames, labels and tags will change. The permanent ID of an asset does not, so history, ratings and links survive every rename.
04
No dark patterns, no surprise emails, one summary instead of four hundred notifications. A tool you stop noticing because it works.
05
Pre-1.0 means pre-1.0. We write down what each version must prove, and we tell you what is not built yet.
06
Every feature is used daily on real client libraries before anyone else sees it.
The company
Sotto is a product of Disrupt Collective s.r.o., which also runs it as its own first customer. The agency side builds brands, platforms and campaigns for B2B companies in Central Europe and the DACH region.
Sotto is in private beta. Tell us what you work with and how much of it there is. We are opening it to a few teams at a time and answer every request within two working days.
